Case Study: Underwood-Memorial Hospital
We were introduced to Underwood-Memorial Hospital (UMH) by one of our graphic design partners, Quigley Designs. The two firms had worked together for years on various collateral and marketing pieces, and UMH felt it needed to upgrade its web presence to fit with the creativity Quigley Designs was giving its offline presence.
Together, we outlined an easy-to-use site map that gave visitors quick access to key features of the hospital, allowing for future features to be easily integrated. We also host the site and provide regular analytics reports to their Marketing & Communications Director.
After launching the site, we added an online Giving Section, which was expanded by a third-party to include an online planned-giving component, providing UMH with a very complete and dynamic Giving Section for their site. In addition, we have created a custom, dynamic search tool to find physicians affiliated with UMH and simplified their Careers Section by adding an online job-posting tool, and more.
UMH recently engaged Aloysius Butler & Clark, a Delaware-based advertising agency, to help them expand on their positioning and branding efforts within the community. Working with their team has been exceptional, and we have collaborated on new ideas to give the site even more strength and presence, providing simple updates to the site with content and material provided by their staff.
